By using Rebirth of a Rose ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. We've tried to write them softly, but they are still a contract — please read them.
What we offer
A subscription web app providing daily written affirmations, guided breathing exercises, journaling tools, and ambient soundscapes. Rebirth of a Rose is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or, in the US, dial or text 988.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One account per person.
Subscriptions & billing
- Bloom Member is $6/month, billed monthly until cancelled.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your paid billing period.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to active members.

Acceptable use
Don't share your account, scrape the site, attempt to break our security, or use the Service to harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
Your journal entries and favorites belong to you. We store them so the Service can give them back to you, and we will never share or sell them.

All affirmations, soundscapes, designs, and original copy on Rebirth of a Rose are © Rebirth of a Rose and may not be redistributed without permission.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify members by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
