Who we are

What we collect
- Account info: email, optional display name and avatar.
- Subscription state: whether you are a Bloom Member, your billing period, and a Stripe customer ID.
- Your content: favorited affirmations and journal entries, stored privately for you.
- Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card.
How we use it
To run the sanctuary: sign you in, remember your preferences, give you the features you paid for, and contact you about important account or billing changes. That's it. We do not sell your data, ever.
Your journal
Journal entries are private to your account. We do not read them, share them, or sell them. They exist only for you.
Cookies & analytics
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email us and we'll honor it within 30 days.
Third parties we trust
- Stripe — payments, billing, and invoices.
- Supabase — secure database & authentication infrastructure.
- Google — only if you choose Sign in with Google.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and notify members by email of any meaningful changes.
