Our promise
Bloom Member subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Just email us — no need to explain why.
After 30 days
After the first 30 days, monthly renewal payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime from your account. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How to request a refund
- Email minnieleighrose@gmail.com from the address on your account.
- Include your name and approximate purchase date.
- We'll process the refund through Stripe within 5 business days.
- The refund typically lands in your account within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
Payments are handled by Stripe
Stripe processes our payments securely. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. You can also view your receipts and manage your subscription from your account at any time.
Exceptional circumstances
