Yes, of course. You can cancel monthly or annual from your account at any time, and your access continues until the end of your billing period. Lifetime is yours forever — nothing to cancel.
What does Lifetime actually include?
Every current Bloom feature — full library, all soundscapes, guided breathing, unlimited favorites and journal — plus every new affirmation and soundscape we add to the core library, forever. One payment, no renewals.
Can I switch from monthly to annual or lifetime later?
Yes. You can upgrade from your account at any time, and we'll prorate what you've already paid in the current period.
Is my journal really private?
Always. Journal entries are stored privately on your account — not visible to us, not shared, not sold. Ever.

Billing Portal help
Just finished checkout? Here's what to expect.
The "Manage subscription" button opens a secure Billing Portal where you can update your payment method, download receipts, or cancel anytime. It activates as soon as we receive confirmation from Stripe — usually within seconds, sometimes a minute or two.
Common reasons for a small delay
- Webhook in flight. Stripe notifies us when your payment clears. This is near-instant but can take up to a minute on busy days.
- Bank verification. Some cards (especially with 3D Secure) need an extra confirmation step. Until that clears with your bank, your subscription stays in a pending state.
- Cached session. If you completed checkout in another tab, your current page may not have refreshed yet. A quick reload usually fixes it.
- Different account. Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used at checkout.
